Apple is the best known brand in order to provide technological devices all around the world. Apple can be named as a technology giant who has extraordinary relationship with its customers; people are like the followers of the brand rather than the ordinary customers. Apple is the company which put the record straight as "We are aware of no other company doing as much as Apple to ensure fair and safe working conditions. We work with suppliers to address shortfalls, and we see continuous and significant improvement, but we know our work is never done." However, as a biggest high tech company with this assertion they do not fulfill their responsibilities in order to health, safety and working conditions of workers as well as protection of environment and controlling & monitoring the materials that in their supply chain. Apple must be aware of that as a company it is also responsible for the actions of its suppliers; the unethical and illegal issues done by the suppliers put Apple in a guilty position as much as the suppliers. To being a company that respects of environment, workers' rights, and ethical values is required more conscious and morally responsible action. Criticism concerning Apple’s unethical labour conditions (causing both physical and emotional distress to employees) on a considerable number of occasions has led to this. Unethical labour conditions has not been an isolated incident, rather a disapprovingly common occurrence for such a well-regarded global brand.
There are two stakeholders in this situation and they are: the companies Apple and Foxconn as well as the Chinese government. Apple has obligations to their employees both domestic and global. They need to be mindful that a corporation is only as good as its products as well as, its image. As he learns more about the trial he realizes that many of the people he’s grown up with have stereotypes to blacks. Furthermore, Jem has to mature to see what is really happening in the town that he has lived all his life.
