The first and basically important issue is economic aspects (Group 100 2003, p. 12). Investors need to have background knowledge about who a company serves, where it buy materials, what employment policies are, what sources of capital it funds and relationship between the unit and government, for example through paying taxes. They have a directly strong effect on the entity’s financial performance (group 100 2003, p. 12). Another issue is social aspects which should be considered carefully. Social performance relates to interactions between an entity and its community (The Allen Consulting Group 2002, p. 2), focusing on some issues such as: labor practice, human rights, community impact and product responsibility. Finally, corporate social responsibility involves environmental issues which comprise the amount used and resources of materials, energy and water, management of emissions, effluents, waste, and products and services influencing environment protection (Group 100 2003). 1.2.
