So study followed a similar evaluation approach and depend on seven main criteria to weights and determine successful adaptation, criteria are Relevance, effectiveness, sustainability, equity, efficiency, flexibility and stakeholder participation. Successful adaptation that success in dealing with the following 7 criteria. Effectiveness; effective adaptation intervention that achieve its stated objectives, reduce vulnerability, increase adaptive capacity and enhance level of protection. Flexibility; evaluate how adaptation deal with climate change uncertainty about the future? and flexibility in act with range of climate changes projected under different emissions scenarios because response to ‘worst case scenario’ will be safer but extremely expensive and reduces resources available for pressing development needs so successful adaptation improve current climate resilience and depend on ‘no regret’ and ‘win-win’ interventions that allowing better decisions downstream. Equity: evaluate dimensions of inequality in adaptation because inequitable adaptation interventions will undermine the potential for welfare gains in the future so adaptation should respect equity by considering equalities between sectors, regions and societies [2]. Efficiency: Efficiency or cost-effectiveness is typically used to compare the costs of alternative ways of producing the same or similar results to assess the least-cost path to reaching a given target and address agreed acceptable levels of risk.
