According to the results of MBTI, Jerry is an Introverted-Intuitive-Feeling-Perceiving (INFP) individual. INFP’s are idealistic, loyal to their values and to people who are important to them, curious, quick to possibilities that can be catalysts for implementing ideas. INFP’s seek to understand people and to help them fulfil their potential, as well as they are adaptive, flexible, and accepting. Jerry struggled with the MBTI assessment the most. It is interesting to note that Jerry’s MBTI score shows he leads more towards feeling and not thinking. Since he scored two points higher for feeling than thinking Jerrys personality falls between both the two with slight distinction to the other. The report shows he does not tend to necessarily base his decisions on logic and objective analysis (thinking) but on values and subjective evaluations of person-center concerns (feeing). When asked in a follow-up question if he preferred logic to value, he chose logic and when asked about feeling to thinking, he chose feeling. On the assessment, he indicated feeling as well. For complimentary based questions Jerry, responded with answers towards feeling. For the following: introversion, intuition, and perceiving Jerry resulted in clear and very clear. Jerry enjoys taking time for himself to recharge. In his own space, he also reported he tends to process information internally.
