Introduction
The Wicomico County Health Department Behavioral Health Program is an Outpatient Mental Health Program that provides/serve the mental health needs of adults, children, adolescents, and their families. The services offered are the following including; psychiatric evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, strength based needs assessment, individual, family, and group counselling/therapy, school based services, as well as trauma therapy.
As an intern, my role at the agency includes; providing behavioral support through individual and family therapy sessions as required, observe and provide assessment/intervention plan, educate, encourage, as well as empower clients to improve their well-being. On the other hand, I work…show more content… I think one of the reasons why we have a good relationship is because he is very knowledgeable about the field, and loves his role as a supervisor. An essential part of our supervisory relationship is respect and boundary. Regardless of my supervisor’s friendly supervisory style, I respected as well as maintained boundary as required. Overall, I think the positive relationship I have with my supervisor has given me the opportunity to gain the experience required in my field agency.

I have highly achieved this practice because I am able to display professionalism based on social work ethics/core values, through the willingness to learn, and develop professionally, under the supervision of those who have been in the career before me. The ways in which I have highly achieved this is by the following; attending required team meeting that involves discussion of cases, being open to constructive feedback, adhere to the agency dress code and policies as well as maintain boundary between supervisor, staffs, colleagues, and clients.
