At present, Kelly has contracted Eric Hyman, Zach Troutman, and Narissa Bond as opening acts and Sophie B. Hawkins as the headline entertainer. Eric Hyman, Zach Troutman, and Narissa Bond are all based in Virginia and will require a one-night hotel stay, gas reimbursement, $50 per diem, and $250 each to perform at the event. The total allotted for these entertainers is $1500, this will be enough to cover all required costs and leave a small amount extra for incidentals. Contracts have been reviewed by Divine Debauchery and Hampton Roads Pride, signed by Kelly Kapowski, and returned to the performers. A copy of the contracts has also been kept by Divine Debauchery and Hampton Roads Pride. A copy of the stage schedule was sent along with the contracts to the artists so they would be well aware of their performance times in advance of the event. Trumpet Song Entertainment, agents for Sophie B. Hawkins, have sent the required travel information, contract, and riders for Ms. Hawkins. Per the contract, Divine Debauchery is responsible for providing first-class, roundtrip airfare, a hotel suite, town car transportation from airport to hotel, from hotel to venue, from venue to hotel, and from hotel to airport, a $100 per diem, a $7500 performance fee, and meet the required sound and stage set-up for the
