When someone thinks of the phrase bullying it’s many thoughts that come to mind bullying can occur in a variety of forms some people deal with the means of cyber bullying some deal with first hand bullying, Emotional bullying, Physical bullying, Etc., and the list goes on most people view bullying as a horrible act by one individual on the other or a group of individuals acts upon one single person. People first thought when bullying occurs is the victim themselves but most people never think about the bully or what inspired the bully to commit the horrible acts that they did or what within the bully caused them to do so. Darrel however after living in Philadelphia most of his life where he also had to deal with getting bullied but was lucky to have his friend mark have his back always. Is now moving away where he will soon find out that he no longer has no one to turn to when his back is against the wall he fears that a move to a new state will only lead to more bullying with the idea of being all alone this time around with no one to turn to for help. Darrel will soon find out his conspiracy will soon become a reality. The bully of the story Tyray is viewed as you're typical every day bully like most bully's Tyray hate spirals from jealousy, and anger, and he uses his size and strength to take out his anger on weaker guys like Darrel himself. However, Amberlynn can’t control the actions that are going on about her between two people Amberlynn shows innocence the entire time throughout the story she never gets in between the two or tries to provoke violence between the two. She’s more like the angel stuck in a dark place between two wrongs but have no control over the outcome Amberlynn does however try to tell Tyray he should stop bullying Darrel but although she tried it ultimately did nothing Darrel would soon find out the only escape from his bully would be to take matters into his own hands. Darrel however is afraid to seek help or have Amberlynn intervene he does however eventually seek help from his teacher Mr. Mitchell ironically Mr. Mitchell knows how Tyray is treating Darrel and instead of helping him he advices Darrel to read the novel The Hatchet by: Gary Paulsen. Darrel however is reluctant to read the book and thinks to himself that the book can do nothing for him Darrel continues to ponder and think what he should do he even considers turning back to Amberlynn for advice or help but he only thinks that would make him look weak little kid everyone views him as (Teen Ink). Amberlynn basically turns out to be the center piece that is sparking the trouble but can’t stop what is going on

According to the American Psychological Association, “Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes another person injury or discomfort. Bullying can take the form of physical contact, words or more subtle actions” (Bullying, 2013). People bully each other for several reasons and there are different outcomes that are a result of those reasons. People can be bullied physically, emotionally, or verbally. Bullying can take place at school or online. Bullying should be a considered a crime, but kids get away with it all the time; furthermore prevention can be used in order to keep kids safe from bullying.
Over three million students are victims of bullying every year. Bullies deal a lot of pain to their victims. There are multiple kinds of bullying and there are also different effects. Between the two stories, “All Summer in a Day” by Ray Bradbury and “The Possibility of Evil” by Shirley Jackson bullying is shown in different forms while also having different consequences. In Jackson’s story, the bullying has a much greater impact because it hurts a whole community unlike Bradbury’s story which is targeted to one character.

According to the article “Tales of Bullying,” students can become a bad bully because you might have your own group of friends you want to impress or try to show off for, or you might have something going on at home. According to paragraph 3 in “Meet the New Sheriff” kids may get bullied because of their hair and/or what they wear. All around the wonderful world good kids are ending their own good lives over bullying. A bad bully is far worse than a lazy bystander because mean bully’s cause suicides, bullies cause/have low self-esteem, not to mention they suffer a large amount of punishment.
Kids who bully another person feel that they accomplished something. For example "They think that it makes them popular, or that bullying may be a way to fit in. Bullying is a cruel thing that people (mostly children/teens) do to harass other people that they do not like. The picture is about a group of children who are picking on a boy younger or the same age as them. The lyrics/video is called “Invisible” it’s explaining that you are perfect just the way you are. Don’t bully people and you won’t become a bully yourself. In the song “Invisible” by Hunter Hayes it shows that people are different and if everyone was the same the world would be just completely messed up.

A random sample was done in 2007 1,963 middle-school students were chosen from one of the largest school districts in the United States to complete a survey of Internet use and experiences. Children who experienced traditional bullying or cyberbullying, was an offender or either a victim that had more suicidal thoughts; and more likely to attempt suicide than those who had not experienced forms of bullying. Many kids all around the world are abused by their parents, peers or even by complete strangers. One of these types of abuse is bullying. At a first glance, we might think that it is an older kid beating/teasing a younger classmate however; bullying consists of much more than this. The basic definition of bullying is when your behavior hurts or harms another person physically or emotionally. There are many different types of bullying, which may lead to a victim becoming violent later on. There is teasing and name calling, there is also picking and shoving the kid. However, the most extreme one would be beating up the child, hurting them physically and mainly, emotionally.
