In this interview was an effective interview using furthering to let the client understand the meaning of an alternative varieties support necessary for the depression. I was listening being responsiveness to the client’s movements and reaction by the nodding of the head and replying I understand. When I feel stressed I do not let the client see it. I hold my composure and out of the clients presence I relax my mind by walking or listening to calm music. Usually after I remove myself from the stressful atmosphere I am able to think better and come up with ideas to help me with the stressor.

Reading McMinn book made me think about a time in my life where it went upside down. I lost one of my uncle’s in February then four months later at my high school graduation party my other uncle that was like my father after my father passed away was not feeling well.
