On Sunday,July 7th 2015, at or about 0231 hours I was dispatched to 3325 Griffin Road(Rookies Bar), Dania Beach Florida in reference to Criminal Mischief that occurred. Upon further investigation, it was found that the reporting person`s work van front right passenger window was damaged. Upon arrival I made contact with Daniel Payette who advised that his 2006 Chevy work-van, bearing Florida Tag V021HI, front right passenger window was damaged. Let it be noted the Van belongs to the Company AIR AROUND THE CLOCK. Prior to officers arrival Payette stated he was about to leave the establishment when he noticed the vehicles front passenger window had been damaged. Officer Saunders, Officer Torres and I contacted Suspect Jose Guadalupe Arevalo at 13 W. Hammond Street. Arevalo told me the following information in summary: On 03-14-16 at approximately 0930 hours, Arevalo was reportedly approached by Parra in the rear parking lot behind his residence. Parra told Arevalo that he did not properly screw in her vehicle’s inner driver’s door panel.
Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
Upon arrival, Officer Jimenez made contact with the victim identified as Alfredo Rosas(H/M-DOB11/16/1969). Rosas advised Officer Jimenez that someone broke through his bedroom window without his consent and took several electronic items. Rosas also advised that someone took some jewelry items and some cash.
On October 21, 2015 at approximately 1319 hours, Investigator Nyesha Bradley received call from Port Rail Supervisor Derek Midkiff via cell phone, reporting an incident on Ryan and Sallier Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Midkiff advised that as the Port Rail locomotive was crossing the intersection at Ryan and Sallier St., the locomotives hand rail struck the mirror of a minivan that was stopped in close proximity to the railroad tracks. Midkiff reported that no one appeared to be injured or reported any injuries; and, damages sustained appeared to have been on the mirror of the van only. The driver of the van sped off; hence, no contact was made with the driver to report any further information.
Officer Salazar and Officer Chrisman arrived on scene. Officer Salazar interviewed Durant. I observed glass in the center of the roadway which appeared to be from where the pickups window was broken out. Durant advised that he was struck with a bat like object by Damon Rayburn. I observed a red mark on the left thigh of Durant. Durant said that Rayburn also hit the pickup with the object.
Mr. Cintronmarina advised sometime between 2200 and 2230 hours on 09/08/2015, an unknown suspect broke the rear windshield wiper off of the cargo door while the vehicle was parked at the noted location. The damage is documented at a cost of $1.00 until Mr. Cintronmarina obtains an estimate to repair the damage.
On 9/28/16 at 8:30 AM, Area Manager Daniel Ahner notified Shift Supervisor Ashley Lorah that a RJ Davis Yard Jockey caused damage to a trailer while backing up into dock door 4. RJ Davis Yard Jockey Danny Gorski, driving tractor 241 pulling trailer P5076637 out of slip location F-957, accidently damage the trailer’s door while backing up into a dock door. Mr. Gorski stated that while he was backing the trailer into the dock door, he notice that trailer’s door unlocked and hit against the building. No damage was found to the dock door but, the hinge on the trailer’s door was damaged.
On August 4, 2017 at approximately 2:40pm, Officer Lucas Griffin and I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to 902 West Lincoln Street, Ville Platte, Louisiana, in reference to a business alarm. Upon arrival I witnessed a maroon 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe bearing license plate number ZTC679. I checked the vehicle and it was locked; however, I noticed the car was warm, as if the car had just been parked in the parking lot. I also noticed the back door of the business was opened. Officer Griffin and I checked the inside of the room; however, there was no door in the back room where you could enter the business. While checking the inside of the room we noticed damage to the tiles on the ceiling. I advised

Ms. Ray said the suspect fled the scene undetected. She was unable to provide any suspect or witness information. She said there was no evidence left at the scene, and no video surveillance of the area available. She said she did not see anyone or hear any noise during the noted timeframe. She has had the rear window, with two small holes in it replaced.

On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
On 08/20/2017 at 1002 hours FTO Wheeler #4361 and I responded to St. Luke’s Hospital emergency room entrance, on 3555 Cesar Chavez St., regarding a women in a hospital gown trying to break the caller’s vehicle window with a brick. Officer Wheeler and I were in full police uniform driving a marked patrol unit when we responded.

Caseworker Jessica, spoke with Ja’Kevion on 10/19/17, and he said that he was on punishment for 3 months because his sister did not have on panties and he was falsely accused of pulling her panties down. Reporter visited the family on 11/16/17 and mom (Marion) informed stated that Ja’Kevion was messing with his sister and brother. Mom told the reporter she went into the living room and Ja’Kevion was at the table. She had left her daughter in the room and when she went back to the room she notice the cover looked messed up and it was high. She pulled the cover back and her daughter panties and pants were pulled down. Mom asked the child why her clothes were down and she did not want to admit what happen to her. It took her a while to answer and she said Ja’Kevion pulled her clothes down and he was messing with her. Reporter
