Barbara Jefferson is the sister of Mrs. Scott. She describes her sister as compassionate, generous, caring and loving. She reported that Mr. Scott is very understanding, easy going and is a man of God. Barbara reported speaking with her sister daily and visiting their home, two or three times a week. Barbara reported that the couple would be able to adjust to adding children in their home. She reported that their family is custom to having many children around. Joseph and Sierra have been married for eight years. They have mixed racial backgrounds as Joseph is Latino and Sierra is an African American. Prior to having children, the couple agreed that Sierra would stay at home as a full-time mother and Joseph continued working as a manager at the store where the couple originally met.
