Day by day Toby and Elizabeth went through doing their assigned jobs, eating meals, and going to bed according to schedule every single day for the past year. 1. I do believe Jones is being truthful about Ebert, for the most part. I could see how it could be possible that Jones may have “sweetened” it up because he saw Ebert as a real good person.
