Rome & Juliets language in the original writing is a bit out of the ordinary. We can all agree on that.
For starters I would like to mention that some of the words they use might be a bit confusing, myself for example got very confused at the way Romeo and Juliet spoke. But, I would like to address the fact that Juliet changes her way of talking to Juliet after the few times they meet. Juliet seems to be very mature at the beginning but something weird happens.
Balcony scene

After Romeo and his friends sneak into the party held in Juliets house he jumps over a tall wall into their garden where Juliets room is. He continously talks about how perfect she is and how strong his love for her is. She then walks out on the balcony talking in rythms and comparions the same way about Romeo. What really makes it obvious is when Romeo answers her question about how she found it by giving her a long poetic message, saying as following « By Love, that first did promt me to enquire: He lent me counsel, and I lent him eyes. I am no pilot, yet wert thou as far as that vast shore wash’d with the farthest sea, I should adventure for such merchandise.» Juliets language changes completely, she falls even more in love with Romeo and just completely gives in to his rythms. She’s in love. After they talk and exchange poetic love rythms, Juliet goes back to her old self (language wise) and tells him to go before the guards find
