On 05/06/2017 I Deputy Hawthorne (EID: 8315), arrived at 1722 Americana Blvd, at approximately 1545 hours in reference to shots fired. Upon my arrival I made contact with Stephan Maxime, who was in the area of where the shots were heard. Stephan told me the following “he was inside the house playing the video game when he heard a shot from nearby. Stephan advised at that point he ran outside to see what was going on”. Stephan was asked to fill out a statement he refused. Contact was then made with Alonzo Maxime, who refused to comply stating that he “did not see anything and did not want to sign anything”. Eric and Claudia both advised that they were guest of the apartment and that there friend was the owner. Both Eric and Claudia both refused to write statement about the incident. While inside the apartment I observed the entry where the projectile entered the apartment through the glass door, causing it to break. The bus driver that identified Joshua and Martha, identified Erika and Benjamin as the couple they were talking to on the way to Seacret’s Club. Investigators took a closer look in at bathroom in the Sifrit’s Condominuim and noticed an orange color in the grout of the tile and orange running down the shower stale which appeared to be blood. Pulled out the sink stopper and found hair, blood and flesh. Also, underneath the stink they discovered a bullet hole that went through the wall into the adjacent bedroom. A closer look at the two spent bullets reveled they one of them had bits of drywall on it and the other had what appeared to be blood in the twisted groves. While on scene I observed blood droplets in the kitchen, dining room, Living room, laundry room and a long hallway leading into the residence from the backyard. Once outside of the residence I observed further evidence of a physical confrontation, including additional blood spatter and droplets scattered throughout the yard near a burning fire where it appeared, due to multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers the subjects had been drinking.
On 1/16/17 at 0225 hours my partner, Officer Thebeau #8402, and I were working patrol assigned to unit 3A11. We responded to a radio call of “shots fired” in the area of 814 N. Garfield Ave. The comments of the call stated, a 19 year old female was shot in the hand.
MOS Haste and McLoughlin approached the house however were unable to gain entrance because the front door was locked. MOS Haste and McLoughlin began kicking and knock at the door. Sgt. Morris arrived at the scene. MOS Haste went to the back of the house and gained entrance through the first floor tenant’s apartment and opened the front door allowing MOS McLoughlin and Crocitt to enter. MOS went to the second floor and MOS McLoughlin knocked on the door and yelled police. After getting no anwer, MOS kicked the door. MOS McLoughlin observed Ramarley Graham run towards him and MOS Haste then enter the bathroom. MOS Haste followed Ramarely Graham into the bathroom and state “Let me see your hands.” MOS Haste reached the bathroom and yelled “Gun.” MOS Haste fired one shot. MOS McLoughlin observed Ramarely Graham non-responsive on the bathroom floor. MOS Morris and Crocitt were not in the apartment when MOS Haste fired. MOS Horne and Jarvis remained at 728 East 229 Street questioning the 2 males with Ramarley Graham. MOS Crictto secured Ps Hartley and Campbell in the rear of the apartment.
On 08/20/2016 at 01:55 hours, Officers responded to the report of shots fired at 2121 Bethel Ave, Lot L. Upon arrival Officers located a crime scene in Lot L of Walter P. Taylor Homes. A short time later 3 victims showed up at Fort Sanders Hospital with gunshot wounds and made statements that they had been shot in Walter P. Taylor Homes. 2 of the victims were treated at Fort Sanders Hospital and 1 was transported from Fort Sanders to UT Hospital with more serious injuries (When the victim arrived at UT Hospital ER Staff advised that the injuries were non-life threatening). No suspect information is available at this time. Major Crimes is in the process of interviewing the victims at the time of this email.

Upon my arrival, I met with homeowner, Ms. Anastasia Shields and tenant Stephen Hayes who was intoxicated and being verbally aggressive. Mr. Hayes related that he rents a room from Ms. Shields. An argument erupted tonight between the parties when Ms. Shields asked for the rent which is over a month past due. On inquiry, Mr. Hayes produced a lease between Ms. Shields and himself. At this time, I noted that the property is a single residence and Mr. Hayes actually lives with Ms. Shields, which is against Haddon Township Ordinance.
I responded to 410 South Brundidge Street in reference to a suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival, I spoke with Michael Peacock. Peacock advised that he heard a loud "boom" and someone going through the residence. Peacock stated that he just thought it was one of his roommates. Peacock stated that someone started kicking his room door and he grabbed his knife and ran to the bathroom. While in the bathroom, Peacock called 9-1-1 and locked the door. On 5/8/16 Client Antionette Williams #239 got into a fight with a resident on Unit #206 Shaundenis Pagan mother, the client stated that Ms. Pagan started by know oh her door asking for cigarettes and then proceed to another resident unit and told that person that Ms. Williams was talking about her, that situation escalated leading into an argument between, Ms. Williams, Ms. Pagan and Ms. Chanel Grant. After the argument on the second floor, Ms Williams decides to go to the parking lot for a fresh air, while Ms. Pagan went into her room and put her sneakers provoking other the other residents, they all went outside the building at the same time, Ms. Pagan mother arrives to drop her granddaughter with Ms. Pagan, went they all starting to fight.
