I think the executive branch has the most power because it is known to being the most powerful branch in the U.S constitution.The executive branch is well known to be more complex and have more power. Here are three reasons why i say this:

[I think the executive branch has the most power because it is what passes on the votes on who will be elected to being the next president.Yes, the people are the ones that vote, but the executive branch is what reads the votes and determines who elected next.For example:if the wants to make a new law, he has to run it with the executive branch, but if the president can’t make it a law, then the congress re-votes on whether they will make it a law or not. Another reason why I think the executive branch has the most power because it is the most complex branch in the constitution.
It carries out and enforces laws. The President leads the country. The president is the head of state,leader of the federal government,and Commander in chief of the United States Armed Forces. The President is elected by the voters in every state, and serves for 4 years. The President has to take an oath, promising to “protect and defend the Constitution.”The President is responsible for enforcing the laws made by Congress and it appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The Vice President is also part of the Executive Branch, ready to assume the Presidency should the need arise.
