Introduction Indra Nooyi, born on 28 October 1955, is among the inspirational leaders who have made considerable turn around in the Fortune 500 companies (Morris, 2008). She is the current Chief Executive Officer and chairperson of PepsiCo. She is among the most powerful women in the world as ranked by Fortune and Forbes.
