Therefore, estates and trusts are required to file annual income tax returns if their gross income exceeds $600. In the filing requirements for individual taxpayers are a little more complex as they depend on the taxpayer’s filing status, age and gross income. The gross income thresholds are calculated as the sum of the standard deduction, additional deduction for taxpayers age 65 or older and personal exemptions that should be applied to each respective filing status. In addition, the amounts are indexed each year for inflation. Thus, when a taxpayer is due a refund which happened to occur only when
1. How much obedience and loyalty does an agent employee owe to an employer? What if the employer engages in an activity—or requests that the employee engage in an activity—that violates the employee’s ethical standards but does not violate any public policy or law? In such a situation, does an employee’s duty to abide by her or his own ethical standards override the employee’s duty of loyalty to the employer?
1. In the first half of the Eagles game are team was playing out of the back a lot but there could have been times where we played the ball in the middle and split the other teams. There was a play in the video were Less had the ball and Jenna opened up and received the ball from Less and Jenna gave a good ball to me but, I looked around my shoulder and saw pressure coming so I quickly gave the ball back to Jenna. When I gave the ball back to Jenna I should have opened up and tried to receive it back from her so that I could try to change the point of attack.
Laws and policies exist at all levels of society; they are the foundation of how a business or a society functions. From personnel management to driving a car, laws and policies govern execution of these actions. In this paper, I will summarize a situation I encountered at work, and explain how it correlates to the content of Chapter One, (Bagley & Savage, 2010).

(The student has to obtain a high level of understanding to be able to teach the material.)
During this week’s assignment, Peterson (2015) tackles critical components of listening skills. The listening component that I find myself needing to work on is that of not defending what I perceive as attacks against my character during my interactions both with co-workers and family. Naturally, if I am devoting my thoughts to responding or defending my actions, how can I be effectively listening? In addition, when counteracting a statement with a defensive posture or verbal cues, it insights the other individual to feel attacked, resulting in a vicious cycle of both parties being defensive and no one listening or understanding one another (Peterson, 2015).

These proofs show that sexual harassment can be interpreted into many ways.

As well as targeting Islam, the Soviet Union also feared the influence of the Turkic languages and Arabic script. Therefore the Soviets established “official” languages and changed the script of Central Asia multiple times. Although the popular script of the region was Arabic, it was changed to Latin in 1928 to prevent influence from Arabic-speaking countries, and was changed again in 1940 to Cyrillic in order to prevent influence from Europe, especially Germany, during World War II. Russian also became a prevalent, almost forced language since it was taught at the schools and became an essential language for career advancement and success. In addition to establishing an official language and script, the Soviets also established an official
