Diseases of utmost significance are coronary artery disease, stroke, type II diabetes, and cancer. The good news is that you have taken the first step toward reversing this trend and I can help you achieve success. I. Think of four important people in your life. One of these four people will be diagnosed with heart disease, diabetes, obesity, or depression in the course of their life, which may eventually cause death. Imagine if that person had simply exercised for 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week. They would most likely not be suffering from the disease, and living a happy healthy life.
Exercise is one of the most important factors in a persons’ life. Physical activity, or the lack of it, can result in a person having a healthy life or cause them to have diabetes. The benefits of exercise are countless. The positive health results, the improvement in attitude, even better academic performance are all factors which make not exercising inexcusable.
Physical Activity is undeniably good for everyone, not only does it keep you fit and healthy but when started at a young age, it can set up good habits for life. Sometimes however, people do not take care of their physical wellbeing, resulting in obesity and other eating disorders which can be detrimental to their health.

Exercise and eating healthy are two of the most important things you need to do to take care of your body properly. Both exercise, and eating healthy, have many advantages and benefits. They help with multiple things needed throughout your life. These things include growing physically, mentally, and if you are religious, spiritually as well. All of this adds up to your body functioning in the highest and best way possible.
The philosopher Plato (427-347 BC) said: “Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it” (Vina, Sanchis‐Gomar, Martinez‐Bello, & Gomez‐Cabrera, 2012, p. 2). Exercise has several benefits; it enhances the overall health of a person. It is important for strengthening the muscles, building bones, and maintaining a healthy weight. Besides, humans are not becoming any younger each day. Moreover, scientists and researchers discover new diseases, illnesses and disorders that could potentially be fatal for a human’s body, which can lead to death. Thus, the purpose of this essay is to analyze the effects of exercise and focus on three factors: pain, ability to learn, and chronic medical condition. People need to maintain a healthy body because as time goes by the body starts to deteriorate, and it loses its original form. However, age should not be a hindrance if a person wants to change his/her lifestyle to stay healthy. Evidence has shown that exercise is beneficial for improving pain, enhances the ability to learn, and has a long-term benefit in preventing chronic medical conditions. This paper will discuss the impact of exercise on improving pain, the effects of exercise in relation to the ability to learn, and exploring the interrelationship of exercise and chronic medical conditions.
Every day we get the opportunity to wake up and determine how our day is going to go. Are we going to have a good attitude? Are we going to make healthy choices? Are we going to live a healthy and active lifestyle? Are we going to live a life full of faith? These are all questions we must answer every day when we wake up. Living a healthy lifestyle goes way beyond just the obvious health benefits from being active; it is also necessary for our spiritual health as well.
The e-book on healthy living, incorporating both exercises and tips to stay or become healthy, will have an impact on all of the community, big or small, however may attract to those more mature (i.e. teenagers to adults). The first part of the e-book, will focus on burning and losing fat or unnecessary weight. Many can relate to how devastating their lives have been to be overweight or obese, especially teenagers. The primary impact of following my e-book, is losing weight, but there are more benefits than just that. Being fat can cause someone to have low self-esteem, be ridiculed, not have enough energy to accomplish tasks, and cause negative self-image. Being fat is undesirable and unappealing. During teen years, those who are obese feel left out, and even bullied. Adults who happen to be overweight, feel exhausted quite easily and envious of those who are fit, leading to an uncomfortable life. By following the exercises and tips in my e-book, results will be indefinite. Sprinting 100 meters, cycling, drinking water etc. are all productive, and help allow for someone who is obese to gain and exude self-confidence, not change clothes in isolated areas, participate in athletic activities, have fit friends who like to be active and fun, and live a life that does not include shame due to confidence in physical appearance and health. No matter the level of effectiveness of my tips and exercises, people will live a more healthy lifestyle. The second part of the healthy living
Leading healthy lives has been the new fad. In these recent years a lot more gym memberships have been bought and people are trying to eat natural foods. People may have started to work out because of health issues, impressing girls, for sports, or to have a Greek god-like physique. Even though there are many people working out and eating healthy, there is still the majority of people who do not. I, however, believe that health and fitness should be a lifestyle for all people because what you eat affects your overall health, exercise maintains your body’s good condition, and supplements aid in keeping you at peak performance.
Many people underestimate and do not realize the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle but, living a balanced life and being active are the keys to maintaining a healthy and happy life. To live a healthy and active lifestyle means different things to different people. To me it is eating right and exercising enough so that I am confident in myself. To other people it might be just about having more energy or better sleep. Living a healthy and active lifestyle is not only important for our mental health but for our physical health. By eating healthy and fit you can reduce the risks of multiple diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and even cancer. Being healthy can also refer to making healthy sexual decisions and positive choices towards drugs and smoking. By not engaging in safe sex just once could create a risk of multiple diseases, some of which could affect you the rest of your life. Knowing your limits is one of the most important factors to living a healthy life. If you know you are not ready for sex or you don’t want to take the drugs your friends are taking then, you should know how to say no. It only takes 20 days to make something a habit, so by starting to eat healthy and exercise regularly can become your normal routine and can make living your life so much better.
Exercise is an essential component of healthy living style. It strengthens not only physical health, but also mental health. 99% of people on this planet know the importance of exercise. However, not many percent of people can actually commit to regular exercise in order to enhance the physical condition or have correct knowledge about exercise. Such situation is even serious in Asia countries. For many decades, students in Asia, from elementary school students to high school students, are taught that study is the most important activity in their life. They are encouraged to study day and night but discourage to attend any kind of sports activities. As the result, Asian students don 't have a habit of exercising. Even if they do exercise, they do it for only weight control and apply false concept most of the time. UMI is found in order to promote Asian students ' willingness to exercise, provide them education about exercise and accompany them on their fitness journal.
