This will help me have successful customer-employee and co-worker relationships. I'm also a very hard worker. As a Team Leader I have taken on the responsibilities to help our management by ensuring that everybody in my department stays motivated, positive, and is treated equally. Since January of 2015 I have trained every single cashier that we have hired. Throughout my shift I make sure to set time aside to speak individually with each of our cashiers to show them that I value their hard work, reassure them of their strengths, and advise them in areas where improvement maybe needed.
