Explain Why Students Should Not Be Allowed To Have Cell Phones In Schools

Students should not be able to have there phone in school.It has caused many issues and is a big distraction.Kids can't be kids in this generation without their phones.Everything evolves around it and it takes away from interacting with people personally, connecting with others and it also takes less focus on learning.It most definitely shouldn't take away your learning and experiences in a classroom.

Students should be allowed to bring they phone to school.. I think this is good because you have some kids that walk to school they be having to call there momma, dad, grandma, or grandad to tell them that they on they way home.. If your child walk everyday after school you would want them to bring there phone to school so they can call you when they on they way home .. I think it is important to bring your phone to school.. You can be in danger when you walking and want nobody be able to do anything thats why I think it is important to let kids bring they phone to school..

Imagine a school in which cell phones were not allowed on campus. How would the children contact their parents in the case of an emergency? Perhaps more importantly, how would this affect a child's ability to learn, and their access to knowledge? In an ever changing world most schools have adapted to use technology to their advantage. Whether this be strict times when cell phones are allowed, or more generalized rules, the schools today are able to shape these new devices in their favor. This movement, however, is looked at by some to be a terrible decision, and a hazard to children's growth in the school environment. This essay will go over the three main reasons why cell phones should be allowed and encouraged inside of the school building. The first reason why schools should allow cell phones is because parents need easy contact with their children in all situations. The second reason to allow cell phones is because they improve the learning environment and provide a digital knowledge database. The final reason to allow phones in a school setting is because they can give schools financial and educational freedom opportunities that were never possible before. Cell phones are amazing tools, and schools have all the power in the world to utilize them to their full potential.

“Who has their phone on!?” As students, we are tired of hearing that over and over again. But my question is why can’t we use our phones in school? We need them in school; for emergencies, so we can have books, and to make things neater. We should be able to use our phones.

Why should the people who can control themselves have to be punished because their are people who can't. After doing my research I’ve come up with 3 strong reasons as to why phones should be allowed in school. Now, I already know me ranting about cell phones won't have any influence over this decision of the district, the message will just fall into deaf ears. Here we go anyway, the first reason as to why phones should be allowed is that they prepare students for a real world job.
