It is through these innovative ventures that the organization can be able to fulfill the needs of the customers despite the changes that are being experienced in the restaurateur world (Kennedy, 2004, p. 1). One of the weaknesses that Cheesecake Factory is facing is "Too Many Wait staff Cuts Into The Bottom Line" has a important control, so an analysis must be conducted to get to the bottom line and fix it. This weakness will have a long-term negative impact on this establishment, which subtracts from the stakeholders’ value. These statements will have a short term negative impact on the restaurant overall, which subtracts from its value. “This qualitative factor will lead to an increase in costs. This account will lead to a decrease in profits. "Too Many Wait staff Cuts Into The Bottom Line" is an easy qualitative factor to overcome, so the management team will not have to spend much time trying to overcome this issue”.(Kennedy, 2004, p.13). Even though the weaknesses are important to be addressed to have a better understanding of the external and internal environments; there should be a stronger emphasis in addressing the threats. While addressing existing threats and preventing future ones the analysis will reflect a much balance summary. The most important threat “Not getting with the healthier times” will have a long-term negative impact on this restaurant, which takes away from the dining experience value.
