According to Wolff and Kim (2012), extraversion was relevant to the expatriates’ networking capability in the social environment. The study found that extraverted individuals will perform well in the workplace because they get more chance to practice their arousal (Judge et al., 2002). However, introverted individuals who are considered less talkative, slow in revealing emotion or opinions and less action oriented will obtain a low score on extraversion (Migliore, 2011). Thus, the researcher has established the following hypothesis above.
