The website launched on February 4, 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg and his college roommates. Users of the service can create a user profile and share their lives with others. By linking to other users as "friends", exchanging messages, posting status updates and photos, sharing videos and receiving notifications when others update their profiles, users can use Facebook to post themselves online and share with everyone on the internet. Human resource management is a function or department within organizations designed to maximize employee performance and manage a company’s human element. HR primarily deals with the management of people within an organization or company. HR typically deals with recruiting and development, performance appraisal, and rewarding.
