I researched Edgar Allan Poe. I learned that he married a 14 year old. Nasty. When they got married he was 27. things were so different! Another thing I learned was that when he went to boarding school he gambled all his money forcing his step father to bring him back. When he was older he went to the army. I learned a lot more though…
I learned a lot about researching. I learned that must give credit to sources that you took stuff from. Or that you need to quote when copying a saying. You must always do these steps so you don’t steal people's works. I think it could help you in the future by being able to write good reports for high school and college. It may also help you with your work in the future.
I learned a lot about my research for this project. Doing the research for my I-Search paper wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I have learned that typing this paper takes more time and I learned to use my time wisely in class and take every chance I could to write this paper. I think my writing skills improved because I asked questions when I was stuck on something.

I learned that H.H. Holmes was very, very good at murdering people and using creative ways to get away with it. In the process of researching I learned that our school has given us a lot of different databases to help with our projects and that finding primary sources are not as hard as I thought it would be. Working on this project I learned that by splitting up the steps of the process of writing an essay I can use my time more wisely. When I was writing this I had already had all of the foundation pieces there to help me. This made the physical writing of the essay gp much more quickly than past essays I have written. While looking for sources I found many that were not credible. I found out how to find correct sources that would
