This statement concerns the Letter of Reprimand I received on 25 May 2016, for having failed to pay debts to my government travel card. I would like to express my gratitude to my flight commander for allowing me the opportunity to respond to this Letter of Reprimand and respectfully ask that the following information be taken into consideration. I would first like to acknowledge that I bear sole responsibility for my actions. As I strongly care for my Air Force career and reputation, I would never intentionally acquire such a debt and neglect to pay it off. I severely understand the impact that this matter has on my unit and for that I send my deepest apologies. On 15 December 2015, I received my first notification from the Command Support
Furthermore, I have completed a police check at the Police Division in my country and the police report is attached to this letter of explanation.
-make proposals for the payment to Omar Warrad of damages for the harm caused to my reputation of US$10,000 within 14 days of this letter.
The purpose of this counseling is to document your violation of UCMJ Article 91, insubordinate conduct toward a Commissioned Officer, CPT (P) Woodard, Rosilyn. O/a 221700OCT2015, LT Namkung, while I were addressing you that you proceeded to walk away and rolled your eyes. I deemed your actions were blatant acts of insubordination and unbecoming of an officer. I will not tolerate this type of behavior and expect better from an officer of your caliber.
The main reason for this essay is because I did not follow standard operating procedure and was not at the correct place of duty for accountability of my person while on quarters as prescribed by my doctor. Regardless of my reasons for absence, there is no excuse as to why I was not in my barracks room as I had been ordered to be or at a minimum give a courtesy call to my chain of command if I needed to go anywhere for any reason. I want to be an excellent soldier and I want to excel in the military, but in order to be such a soldier I need to be more responsible for my actions. I feel that, being a new soldier in this unit, I have some wonderful examples from my superiors and soldiers who have been here longer and I should follow their
Sympathy is an extension of empathic concern, or the perception, understanding, and reaction to the distress or need of another human being. Sympathy must be given and received in order for the world to operate because all humans make mistakes that impact other people’s lives. The Reprimand is a short “phone play” written by Jane Anderson in 2000. The two characters, Rhona and Mim, have a confrontation about what Rhona believes to be an inappropriate remark during a meeting. In The Reprimand, Mim deserves the most sympathy from the audience because Rhona intentionally manipulates her into believing she is not respected by her male co-workers.
I, Sgt. T. Roberts, am aware that a Disciplinary Action Recommendation (D.A.R.) has been initiated against me for the aforementioned infraction.
In your letter you claim that you submitted a Step II appeal on 01/15/2017, which was never received at Central Office. You were then allowed to resubmit your Step II Appeal and your time frames were reset. You state that to reset the timeframe is not in policy.
I got the ok to provide Keith notice for his final day with DOT; we won’t be able to provide him two full weeks because he completes probation on 9/8/15 and we don’t want him to reach permanent status based on the decision to non-retain him. I will try to have the non-retention letter to you by the end of the day today, or at least tomorrow morning. We will give him one week notice, placing his last day on
I would like to send this letter out as a complaint to Lincolns Challenge Academy for the reason that I did not like how they were treating the cadets. I attended your Academy last fall, I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated.
government charge card would pose a problem. They replied that , as long as command had no issues with subsequently submitting a travel claim, I could continue with my assignment .I explained to my Major that I could hold my own up in Dover Airport , but after that , I would need financial assistance .Since the financial assistance .Since the financial assistance didn’t arrive on time , I was forced to barrow money from one of the other CACOs so that I could continue providing support to the family .When arriving in Boise , Idaho , the hometown of Cody Roberts , I reached to my command to inform them that I didn’t have enough money to stay in a hotel. My S-4 Major eventually helped ensured I got advanced travel pay while staying in Boise, Idaho .I know that every meeting I held with the Roberts and Johnson Family was Imperative to providing assistance to Ashleigh Roberts .It took all the strength in my body to maintain my military bearing and not cry every time she broke down in tears and an emotional anguish. The most difficult occurrence was when Lance Corporal Robert’s body arrived to the Boise Airport .The flag detail OIC instructed me to escort Ashleigh to Lance Corporal Robert's casket , which was about 50feet from the hanger where she sat .every step that we took felt like she was going to collapse. When she finally got close enough to
I would like to offer you my most sincere apology for my rude and offensive behavior during your service at the Eunice Country Club. I understand that you were just doing your job, and I have let my frustration overcome my actions. I have taken full responsibility for the offensive things I have said or done. I can assure you that there will not be a repeat of misconduct at any time during my employment, or during any encounter with a member of the Eunice Police Department. I realize that my behavior has not only negatively affected you, but also the Eunice Country Club's business. Because of this, I will focus more on doing my job in a correct and courteous manner. PFC Nichols, I am counseling you on the infraction that happen on 30 May 2016 at around 2040 during bed check formation. While I, SSG Rozo was conduction the name check your platoon became loud and rowdy to the point I could not hear the Soldiers calling out their names. I loudly projected my voice saying "Why are you all talking?" and from a distance I hear a voice repeating what I had said in a mocking voice. When I asked who had said that I did not get a response from anyone. I sent the platoon back to formation until I would get a response as to who had mocked me. I then continued to check the newest platoon and about 20 minutes later you decided to confess that it had been you who had repeated what I said. Even though I commend you for
At first, Miles seems to be a trouble maker because of the letter of expulsion from school because he was a harm to others. But as the story goes on, it seems as if Miles is just an innocent, loving, and smart boy. He was a very nice boy and did not do anything wrong in front of the governess. However, this soon changes. One night he sneaks out the house, ensuring Flora will have the governess see him. When the governess asks what he was doing outside, he simply says that he wanted to prove that he could be bad. The impression now is that he seems rather bizarre; what child would want to prove that they are bad? All it does is get them in trouble. He becomes even more bizarre when he inquires with the governess about his return to school. He
1. On 27 October 2015, I failed to meet the minimum test score of 75% on my fitness assessment. I would like to state that I fully understand the importance of adhering to Air Force standard and I take complete and full responsibility for not passing my fitness assessment. They are necessary and absolute. I have been in the Air Force for over 16 years and have always worked hard to comply with all regulations and support my squadron. Because of my failure, I will not be able to effectively hold my Airmen to Air Force Standards and that is completely unacceptable to me and it is something I am working hard to overcome.
I am writing this letter to express my sincere apology for what occurred in your class on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. My decisions were extremely poor and resulted in a unnecessary waste of time for you and I as well as the rest of the class. I may have not felt this way at first, but after having some time to think I now realize how disrespectful, rude, and pointless my actions were as well as how lucky I actually am to get off fairly easy.
