Barrel racing is one of the most unique events at a rodeo. It takes a lot of time and effort to get your horse and yourself to learn the barrel pattern and know how to correctly go around the barrels. Once you start to race you’ll never want to stop it’s probably one of the most funnest and competitive things you can do. During barrel racing there are a few things you should know that will help to a successful run. Might want to have a wonderful trainer that will always be there to help, need know the gear needed for this event, and might not know but need to regular exercises with your horse everyday.
Over the last few decades, the loss of Louisiana’s coastal wetlands has become a point of concern because of the vital roles the wetlands play in the environment. They have been destroyed over time because of natural causes such as hurricanes and weather as well as from the construction of man-made flood-control levees. Wetlands serve many purposes within the environment. Not only do the wetlands effect the residents of southern Louisiana, but they effect the animals that call the wetlands home as well as the industries that thrive off the wetlands. Since the wetlands have begun to disappear, steps have been taken in order to prevent Louisiana’s wetlands from disappearing. Restoration acts have been put in to place by the government to help

NASCAR wasn’t always one of America’s favorite things to watch or a multimillion-dollar sport. It was actually inspired by criminal activity during the twentieth century. How racecars became part of American life goes back to the early days of prohibition and how gangsters avoided the law. During this time temperance organizations wanted to restrict or abolish the consumption of alcoholic beverages. By the early 20th century, women’s groups throughout the country viewed the sale and consumption of liquor was disrupting family life, and destroying marriages. The “Anti-Saloon League”, established in 1893, led a wave of protests in 1906 against “saloon” culture. The league had support from

The sport, is called NASCAR, it attracts hundreds of thousands of people to watch each and every race. NASCAR was started by back country bootleggers in Georgia; in late 1947, a meeting was held to discuss the future of stock car racing, and NASCAR was conceived. There is no feeling that can match sitting in the blocks, waiting for the gun to go off for a 100 or 200-meter dash. Those races are what makes track one of the things I love most in the world. Even though I’m nowhere near the fastest on my school team, I have a deep passion for the sport.
There are many similarities in Nascar and Formula 1. One similarity is that many people gather to watch their events. Also some of their events are shown on television. Another thing that is similar, is the racers have to turn many times during the race. The last comparison that I’ll tell you is that there are always more than twenty drivers
