Fatigue is a term used to describe tiredness or weakness. There are many type of fatigue:
-Physical
-Mental
-Temporary
-Chronic
In most cases, simply getting a good rest is enough to correct fatigue. However, some conditions may require medical intervention.

Causes of fatigue:

- Heavy Work
- Excessive consumption of refined foods
- Eating foods containing pesticides, preservatives, and which are genetically modified.
- Overthinking
- Constantly sitting in front of a computer, tv or simply lack of movement.
- Over eating
- Poor nutrition

Conditions that cause fatigue:

- Iron-Deficiency Anemia
- Vitamin deficiencies (B12, B6)
- Addisons Disease
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Low blood pressure
- Low blood sugar
- Infections
