Therefore, the key successful factors of this legal market are variety services, flexibility, speed, personal integrity, and last but not least – price. Some areas have to be concerned in this legal market. First of all, the insensitive price provides us opportunity to raise the price and generate more income revenue. Since the professionals are price inelastic, courier companies can avoid the price wars which frequently occur among lots of business. Secondly, loyal clients are usually stable to their own courier companies, unless couriers cannot satisfy their clients' needs. Therefore, attracting new clients and keeping old clients are important. Moreover, the trend of low interest rates among these coming years indicates that we will generate more business from the lawyers. Lastly, this market experiences high seasonality. Remember that we should attract new clients evenly from accountants and lawyers, so that we can generate business evenly throughout the year. The general delivery market requires courier services for pick-up and drop-off of various items. The delivery process is less complicated, but the pick-up and drop-off destinations tended to be farther apart. Price is a big concern in this market.
