The client's request were denied and explained to the client by the Area Office Supervisor, the VR Services Review Request Letter, Ombudsman, and the Program Coordinator for the Client Assistance Program. The client's concerns are disability related and she wishes to disregard the agency's protocol. For example, the client does not prefer for the senior JRT Coordinator to conduct her CCUs and does not want the Fiscal Specialist to provide her with the data concerning her stipend.
