Fitness Programs The main idea of this study is companies allowing employees to exercise on work time. In addition there is a lot of positivity with companies allowing their employees to exercise during work time hours. Companies need to allow employees to exercise on work time to become more fit and more productive. People who workout everyday are more productive, happy and stress free (Reporter, Daily Mail). While exercising during work hours employees tend to have better memorization with things, creativity, tend to learn faster, there concentration increases and it lowers stress on the employees (Friedman 1). They get along better with their co-workers and they feel more satisfied when they get home (Friedman, Ron). Some employees say that it's hard to find time out of work to exercise. A lot of employees spend their lunch break working out and barely gets to eat lunch. Some also say it's hard to try to find a workout to do or a program to go off of. Something that could help a person find a typical exercise is identifying a physical activity you enjoy to do. To get the best workout employees can hire a coach, join a class with other people, and have the right dress wear to be comfy. For employees to accomplish their performances they just don't want to feel better about exercising but to accomplish goals of their own. This is because employees feel more confident and that they have a more positive lifestyle (Doyle 1). More pros of exercising during work time is that employees will have a lot better attitude. With the result of feeling good after a workout employees will have a better attitude about things. A big pro for working out during work time is being energetic. Having energy throughout the day will make you a better person and less tired (Doyle 2). A big thing for employees working out during work time is finding time and spending money for a gym membership or a rec place. With finding time companies should allow certain days or hours a person can go and work out. If companies started to pay for different workout memberships or at the gym then employees wouldn’t have to stress over paying for an exercise class. What companies need to do is have days out of the week where they let their employees go and work out. If companies want better employees and that are more productive than they need to highly think about letting their employees exercise on work
