This book reads like a novel, but if full of facts and interesting information. Billings wrote this book in order to explain his life long love and interest in figuring out what else was out there. Whether it is aliens, other worlds, or life outside of our planet, Billings has been working with numerous people over the years to discover these things. Billings refers to the Earth’s first five billion years as being in solitude because to our knowledge, we are alone in this universe.
