Leadership is the action of leading a group of people. George Washington was an American politician and soldier who served as the first President of the united states. He was the one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. He was born on February 22, 1732 and died on December 14, 1799. He had all the 5 characteristics ( Responsibility, Patient, Hard Working, Integrity, and Passion).
Washington wanted to join the British Navy, but his mother would not let him because she thought that it would be dangerous to let him join. The next year Washington secured an appointment as county surveyor. Even as a child, he liked to do brave things. He was a really strong man.
He was one of the most interesting men of the United States, and that is why he was called the father of the United States. Washington lived and worked with Great thinkers, writers, orators etc. And as well as with many brilliant people, who are maybe better educated than him. The three major in the founding of the nations, the Revolution, the Constitution Convention and the selection of the first president, for all those three position the leader they have chosen was George Washington because of his genius. George Washington was chosen for these leadership roles because of his intelligence in the area of leadership. They trusted him because he had displayed his responsibility and his hard-working, and had also shown himself to be a great leader. He proved to be a capable leader of the American military
