People with this personality will not easily get disturbed , will not get stressed out easily whenever he/she are facing problem and would not worry about things. On the other hand, those who score low in emotional stability means that he/she is emotional instability or sometimes call neuroticism. I have read about the big five personality test, designed to get an idea about the personality with some multiple choice questions. I run the test and found that traits described in the results are somewhat matching with my personality. I am not 100 % agree with some of the test results. I will discuss each traits below.
Openness to Experience - Openness describes a dimension of cognitive style that can distinguish imaginative, creative employees from down-to-earth, conventional employees. Employees who score high with Open are intellectually curious, appreciative of art, and sensitive to beauty. They tend to be, compared to closed people, more aware of their feelings (Carver & Scheier, 2000). These employees tend to think and act in individualistic and nonconforming ways and intellect is probably best regarded as one aspect of openness to experience.

After completing this assessment, I was able to analyze my personality in depth. I found this information to be helpful knowledge and provide insight about myself, as well as being crucial in examining my personality traits. This acronym stands for openness to experience/intellect, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. After taking the test I was then given percentile scores that allowed me to compare myself with other people who have taken the test online as well, therefore making it a more meaningful comparison.

The five traits are as follows: (1) Extraversion which has the characteristics of being outgoing, enthusiastic, active, talkative, and assertive. (2) Agreeableness which has the characteristics of being warm, forgiving, sympathetic, kind, affectionate, generous, and compliant. (3) Conscientiousness which has the characteristics of being organized, reliable, careful, responsible, self-controlled, and efficient. (4) Neuroticism which has the characteristics of being tense, sensitive, moody, anxious, self-pitying, and self-conscious. (5) Openness to Experience which has the characteristics of being insightful, imaginative, artistic, curious, having wide-ranging interests, and a positive orientation to learning.
First, relating to the Big Five personality test, after calculating the self-rating portion of the test, I received all scores of “Average”. I received scores of 58.4 for Extraversion, 55.2 Agreeableness, 58.89 for Conscientiousness, 43.75 for Neuroticism, and 50 for Openness. Overall, I believe that the test result descriptions accurately reflect my personality. I think it accurately portrays the scale to which each Big Five characteristic reflects my personality. Such as Conscientiousness scores higher than Neuroticism, and I believe that my personality reflects that as well.
