Moreau single handedly created an empire of beast folk who worship him as if he were a god. Apart from these beasts, Montgomery also aids Moreau in his quest for creating the perfect being, placing him below Moreau in the hierarchy. Prendick is by far the least dominant of the group. Furthermore, he presented sound evidence to refute the idea that we all have a Form in the Realm, with the exception of Ghouls of course. However I was wrong and today I view leadership as the challenge and responsibility of every individual with potential to make a difference. Today, I view leadership as a social influence. Management has changed significantly over the past 50 years. The role of leaders in an organization is an ever changing thing. At one point, a manager was also the owner of the company, and thus used a carrot and a stick to get his employees to work, just like a parent personally invested in the raising of their child. Not anymore. Nowadays, leaders are there to “serve” their employees. The focus is on motivating the individual, achieving organizational goals by integrating each and every individual into the system. My idea of leadership is being able to inspire others, motivate, set a vision, communicate, respect others, and of course, lead by example. A leader must have an honest understanding of who they are, what they know, and what they are capable of. To be a successful leader, you have to be able to convince your followers, not just yourself or your superiors, that you are worthy of being followed.
