Hopefully this gas line gets relocated or capped without further work required.
MISCELLANEOUS:
• GEO needs to coordinate with ICE/BOP on IT and final fit out for their EOIR spaces.
• Flight line RHU to new 80 bed dorm connection - GEO needs to submit a security fence drawing showing security measure overlap between razor ribbon installed prior to December 1st and after December 1st when WCC punches hole through outdoor rec wall.
POTENTIAL ISSUES or CLAIMS:
• We need to figure out security escorts being charged to our construction project budget and we need to project how much more will be spent on escort throughout the construction project. Warden Thompson clearly said that the escorts were part of an agreement between GEO and BOP early on in the negotiation process.
GEO ACTION ITEMS:
• Rita/Andres to coordinate final location of dental chair with appropriate individual (dentist) to make sure the dental chair gets bolted down where the facility dentist wants.
• Rita / Wendy to provide product cut sheets or specs for the provided installed dental chair to WCC.
• Project development to provide specs for carpet & FRP panels to be used for the existing BOP office renovation

The topics of discussion that will be mentioned in this paper are the hardware that will be necessary for the inside and outside of the building and how we would expand the fiber to an adjacent building if it is built. Another topic to be discussed will be describing the safety procedures that will be following during the installation.
I am not sure who exactly to direct this at so I’ve added you all in. Since we are at a point now were all high level budget numbers are good for the project and we have the Cisco hardware portion figured out and underway I’d like to get Paul and Roy started with ordering the cabinets cables etc.
