Prologue People think of Flint Baughmen as the typical nerdy high school guy that was never wanted. No one knows his birth parents or where he came from. As far as anyone knows he showed up one day at an orphanage in Glendale, Arizona as a two-week old infant. He was never adopted but sent to not foster home to foster home and then to an all-boys home. Until the day before his 17th birthday, when he left the shelter and moved out on his own. He grew up as the kid with the eagerness to learn and experience life along with the trait of intelligence which he used to his advantage. Sometimes he would give a random quote or fact out of the blue with no connection to the current topic. People would make fun of him out of jealousy to his knowledge
He became reclusive and antisocial, his parents fought and he felt abandoned by his classmates from being the new kid so he would escape by disappearing into the woods and killing animals. He also started to act out more at school, all because his parents started fighting and he had to adapt to his new life. One study by sociologist Arnold Arluke found that
pretend he was a cowboy. He was a healthy kid but he kept to himself mostly.
He learned that people can be cruel. That the world is not the same for various people
It is impossible for me to perceive him as his adversaries did, way back then. He may have been unfairly stereotyped in the darkness of the countless pool halls he undoubtedly knew inside and out, because he had a fearless confidence about him, borne of circumstance and an irrepressible will to succeed. But most remarkably, there was a timeless light that emanated from his charisma.
First, I would like to point out his overall determination to do his best, work hard and succeed where his father did not. He believed that to reach your goals and to excel, you need to really put effort into it. It is true one of the reasons he wanted to do better was to not be known as the son of a failure, as his father embarrassed him, but he was pushed by the rejection from society and pressure of their traditions to belittle his father so much. His preservation and will to do what he needs to do shows that he knows what’s best and he knows when
Although he was no longer shy, his bad attitude towards schooling had not changed. He barely skimmed by in highschool, and was noted to have been tardy and absent more than he was present. To make up for his absences, he was sent to a summer school in San Marcos. He soon gained popularity and became a leader amongst his peers with his striking personality. He was known for constant
Having six siblings as a child, and being the youngest, not much attention was payed to him. His family was not very wealthy, and having five other siblings did not help. His father was in World War II,so he grew up most of the time with basically one other boy in the house, his older brother. Growing up, he was generally left to himself, so he was out of the house often, more and more as he grew up, with his friends. He did not play any organized sports, because their really was not enough time for it with so many children, although his brother was involved in Little League Baseball.
Many people called him foolish and an idiot for abandoning his good life, as well as going into the wild highly unprepared. It seemed to be a suicidal trip with the few things he decided to keep, the rest was abandoned or given away. Despite the highly wealthy life with parents who always gave him gifts and tried to show love. Many were blinded to the dark parts of his life, blinded about how he was raised and what kind of relationships he had with his
struggles he faced to overcome it. He had a hard childhood and career due to prejudice and
any positive influences in his early years of development and as a result he suffered to have an abnormal life (Perry 2013).
He started off life in a bad way. He was born with a mental disorder, so he didn’t always know right from wrong. He had

Through the events of his daydream, one could say he’s a dynamic character. But did he really develop? What were the changes to him? How did they come about?

• As a child he loved to tease and taunt his younger siblings, and he instigated some type of mean act against Rob or Cynthia on a daily basis.
