Some popular national in Florida include the Everglades National Park, Big Cypress National Park and Dry Tortugas National Park. All three parks offer a myriad of outdoor activities and expose visitors to an abundance of wildlife. The everglades National park west of Miami offers visitors activities such as hiking, canoeing, biking, boat tours and tram tours. The park is a World Heritage Site, a International Biosphere Reserve and a Wetland of National Importance. Additionally, the park is the largest subtropical wilderness in the country. The habitat is a home for a number of rare or endangered animals, such as the Florida panther, manatees and the American alligator.

They usually feed on lemurs, but they can still eat other animals. Some people that live on the island of Madagascar tell legends of the fossa attacking humans. These legends are most likely false because there are no records of a fossa attacking a human without cause. Hunting for the fossa is usually easy because of its nimble nature.

The American Alligator is also covered in an armor like coat called osteoderms or scutes. They have short legs with five toes on the front legs and four in the hind legs. The Florida Everglades is one of the most bizarre places on America. If you don?t know what the Everglades look like , it looks like the swamp in Shrek but, much bigger. Now back to the point, The Florida Everglades is home to many endangered species and threaten animals. I know I know that snakes live in the Everglades but, the pythons are eating the other consumers food and its tough for the native species to survive with the pythons and anaconda's.

With an impressive 23 feet in length, and weighing 200 pounds, the Burmese python is taking up the Everglades space. It’s no wonder animals around here go missing. What exactly is the reason they’re in the Everglades? Why are they everywhere? Well they have no natural predators, there’s way too many of them, and they are dramatically changing the number of animals.

The Florida Panther is currently an endangered species of cougar that resides in the southern forests and swamps of Florida. While it is a species of the cougar, it is identified as a panther to be able to clearly distinguish between the other southernmost species of cougar in the United States. Taking over with no natural predator, the Burmese Python. These very large pythons have been effecting our Everglades drastically. Once native to the swampy marshes of Southeast Asia, these snakes are now migrating over to Florida. Being so large and having no natural predator, they have really made a strong change in our Florida wildlife. These dangerous pythons have altered the population of animals in the Everglades by so much that people are beginning to worry about what will happen next. The snakes didn’t get there on their own, but now we don’t have any way of stopping them.
