According to heathyline.com “a food allergie is caused by an inappropriate immune system response to a specific food or substance in a food. Majority of the time we eat foods and are not aware of the things it does to our body’s, for instance eating ice cream gives us daily dairy , but at the same time is coated with protein, fat, and carbs. Some of which could be good like protein, but unless you have worked out before eating it , it will not be that beneficial to your body at the time. Allergies can be produced by things you use in your household daily, like baby wipes, shampoo, make -up and toothpaste all hold a compound called formaldehyde. According to a FARE.com “funded study, the number of children in the U.S. with peanut allergy more than tripled between 1997 and 2008. Studies in the United Kingdom and Canada also showed a high prevalence of peanut allergy in schoolchildren.’ Meaning as time goes on the harder it will be to get rid of a peanut allergy or the younger you are the higher risk you are at for having a peanut allergy and or keeping it for a life long sentence.
