On 10/23/17 Det. Coleman and I went to Belk`s to speak the reporting person, Jerome Stover. I asked with Mr. Stover if he was familiar with a previous larceny with similar circumstance`s (2017-01479). Stover was familiar with the larceny but stated that these were separate individuals. The suspects in this case did get into a vehicle fitting the same description as the above listed OCA as well as similar property taken. After speaking with Mr. Stover, Det. Coleman and I went to Food Lion to attempt to locate a vehicle fitting the suspect vehicle description on their video surveillance. On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.
I viewed video surveillance from LRHS camera #7.24 at approximately 3:04 p.m. and observed a Red pick-up while backing up strike the vehicle in question left rear back fender near the back tire. At approximately 3:05 p.m I observed the suspect getting out of the truck and walking up to the vehicle in question and kneeling down near the left rear area as if he was assessing the damage. On Sunday, 04/29/2018, at approximately 1024 hours, I was in full police uniform, driving a marked Daly City Police patrol vehicle. I was driving south on Sullivan Avenue, north of the interstate 280 south on ramp. At that time my attention was drawn to a gray, 2015, Volkswagen, Passat bearing California license #5TUF434. I saw the vehicle was occupied by a male driver and female passenger. I conducted a records check on the computer in my patrol vehicle and it revealed it was a stolen vehicle out of Oakland.
I made contact with the driver (Stanciel, Conswella N. DOB 06/19/86), who related that she did not possess a driver's license. Conswella was checked through LEADS via dispatch, which revealed a no valid driver's license and she was clear with no wants or warrants. She was unable to provide insurance for the vehicle. There was a passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as (Edwards, Shekida D. DOB 07/24/86), she was checked through LEADS, which revealed that she was valid with no wants or warrants. The vehicle was released to Shekida.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
On 10-23-2015 at about 1933 hours I was dispatched to 12722 SE 312th ST, Auburn/King/WA, for the report of an a possible occupied stolen vehicle. Enroute dispatch advised the reporting party, Clinton Madewell, was reporting that he had noticed his brother's, David Seidler, stolen truck in the Auburn area. Madewell was reporting that he had followed the vehicle from Kent at SE 277th and HWY 18 to 12722 SE 312th ST, where it was now parked occupied with several persons in the vehicle. Furthermore, Madewell stated he had parked his vehicle across the street and was watching the vehicle. However, was unable to tell who was driving the vehicle.
On 07/17/2016 at approximately 0618 hours, I was notified by Detective M. Carter #181968 of a traffic fatality involving two (2) Toyota Camrys on Broadway Avenue, west of Pine Lawn Avenue. Upon arrival, I observed the involved vehicles at final rest on the outside edges of Broadway Avenue. I observed heavy damage to the front of both vehicles. I made contact with Deputy R. Lariz #4826 and was informed the driver of the red Toyota Camry was transported by Hillsborough County Fire Rescue to Tampa General prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, I spoke to David Lister (involed party) who stated that he located a 2015 blue Kia Optima VIN#KNAGM4A75F5590940 which entered stolen from East Brunswick. Lister stated that Rozia Mosley (suspect) from 4207 Birchwood Ct rented that vehicle from U-Save Rental Company and she was contracted to return the vehicle on June 14, 2015 but she never came to returned the vehicle. Lister stated that his boss Charles Weachock (reporting person) reported the vehicle stolen at East Brunswick Police Department on June 23, 2015 at approximately 1233 hrs because Mosley never answered her phone call since June 14, 2015.
On 05/02/2016 I was on patrol in Sumner County, KS, I was driving around the Kansas star Casino parking lot located at south east corner of 119th street and US 81 HWY. I was on the south end of the parking lot when I drove past a red Honda, I noticed a person was slumped over the steering wheel. I circled the lot and came back to check once more. It appeared to be a male, with his head facing his lap and his eyes closed. I notified SUCO E911 I would be out doing a welfare check on the male inside of the vehicle.. I notified them the vehicle was a red Honda and had a KS tag of 323HHY with a VIN of 1HGEJ7224Vl113385.
On the above date and time, I, Officer D. Stone, while on patrol with the Clayton Police Department, I was dispatched to westbound I69 for a pickup truck with the hood up. When I arrived on scene there was a blue Buick Terraza sitting behind the blue pickup. I ran the Michigan registration plate DSE7292 and the owner of the vehicle on the plate. Upon arrival I spoke with victim, James Biard (04/19/1962). James Biard stated the following information: on 01/14/2017, at approximately 1600 hours he parked his Jeep Cherokee bearing Colorado registration 674ZSD, in front of his residence. He parked the vehicle facing east just east of the front of his residence with the driver’s side closest to his residence. On 12/23/15 at 5:25 PM, while directing traffic Shift Supervisor (S/S) Enmanuel Cabrera witnessed a Red Ford F-150 back into a Sliver Nissan Sentra while leaving from a parking spot in the C-Lot. S/S Cabrera immediately made contact with Amazon Associate (A/A) Samson Walton (samsonw) the owner of the Red Ford F-150. S/S Cabrera advised A/A Samson Walton to wait until the owner the Silver Nissan Sentra came out of the facility to see what that person wanted to do. At about 5:30 PM, the owner of Nissan Sentra A/A Danny Vasquez (Dannyvas) came out and saw the damage done to his vehicle. S/S Cabrera asked A/A Danny Vasquez if he would like the police involved. A/A Danny Vasquez said that he was not interested in getting the police involved.
