I responded to114 Fox Street in reference to a Trespass call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Willie Kimble. Kimble stated that Decameron Henderson ran out of his residence upon him arriving home. Kimble stated that Henderson is already trespassed from the residence. Henderson also knocked Kimble door hinges off, when he was running out the door. Officers did noticed damage to the door and to the wood structure that the door is attatched to. Kimble also stated that Henderson is his cousin. On 010/05/2016, I, Chad Agnew, was working as a patrol officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately1415 hours, officers were dispatched to the Rhatigan Student Center for a suspicious character. Dispatch notified all officers that they were still gathering more information at the time but the suspicious character was a black male with crutches. They also said the subject was yelling someone had a gun.
I arrived to the location and knocked on the residence’s door. I noticed that the light was on inside the location; therefore, I continued to knock on the door. I responded to Kersey Termite control in reference to a criminal mischief call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Terry Kersey. Kersey stated that his son(Max Kersey) came to the buisness Monday morning around 6:00 a.m and noticed that a window was busted out, a door knob knocked off and the window A/C unit was pushed through the window. Max also stated that his fillet kife was missing. The knife was loicated outside of the building. Max stated that there were a lot of valuable items inside, which made hoim think the offenders didn’t make entry to the room. Max also stated that there wasn’t anything damaged when he was there the day before.
At approximately 16:43 hours I arrived in the area of 120th Ave and Oliver Road. Once I turned east I saw a blue truck parked in the roadway. As I approached the vehicle I noticed three people sitting the guardrail to the railroad crossing arm. I approached the three and asked them to step away from the tracks and towards me. The three did so without hesitation. A male, who I know from previous encounters as Richard Wayne Hamilton, asked why the Sheriff's Office was called when they weren't doing anything wrong. I explained to Richard that his vehicle was blocking the lane of travel and when I approached they were trespassing on railroad property. Richard stated he was not trespassing as the group had been given permission by BNSF Police given that they were not parked on the tracks and were clear of the tracks as trains were traveling through the area. I told Richard I would contact BNSF Police and verify this information.
Officer Harrell met with Nancy Lawler (DOB 11-07-50 626-639-3105) who resides at 1196 Forest Avenue. Lawler’s residence is directly across the street from 1199 Forest Avenue. Lawler’s residence is equipped with two video surveillance cameras which are attached at the front of the residence. Lawler has never viewed the video surveillance footage and does not know the actual coverage. Lawler did not know how to operate the video surveillance equipment. Lawler told Officer Harrell that she will contact her son, NFD and ask him how to operate the equipment. Officer Harrell was unable to locate any additional video surveillance cameras or any
I then made contact with Officer Catlin and other Officers on scene. I was given the name of the decedent James Wyatt Welker, white male, 5/29/1973. I was advised the residence was secured. The owner of the property was the person who unlocked the door and located James Welker. Officer Catlin advised the home owner used a spare key to unlock the door.
On Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at about 1803 hours, Sgt. Ladyzhenskiy and I were present in front of 162 Central Ave Apt. 1B under a ruse of being from the NYPD Identify Theft Unit. We were met by Mr. Zach Trooch tenant of apt. 1B. We informed Mr. Trooch that we were investigating a fraudulent acquisition and use of a person's private identifying information for financial gain and the individuals were using the address of 162 Central Ave with an undisclosed apartment. Mr. Trooch stated that he and 3 other roommates are the lease of this apartment and they are not aware nor have they received any type of items or property. During the conversation, I asked Mr. Trooch if he or his roommates were related to any police officers and he said "No". We
City units were dispatched to a call of a disturbance at 938 Water St., apartment 206. The RP said they did not see the disturbance/argument, but could hear yelling and banging around. The RP said that they went in the hall and could see the front door to the apartment smashed in. The RP also said that the male half is named Gary and owns the Tattoo parlor down stairs around the block. The RP advised that the female half is named Tiara.
At 1500 hours, I responded to 14 East Walnut Avenue and spoke with Ms. Edginton. She confirmed Ms. Herbert’s account about the arguments and using her driveway apron, but denied using course language. I informed Ms. Edginton that she is not welcome on Ms. Herbert’s property or to use the driveway apron. I instructed Ms. Edginton to notify the police should she need assistance. Ms. Edginton related that she understood. No further police action required at this
Linda advised that she was watching television in her living room when she heard someone attempting to get in. She immediately screamed for her husband John Blachniak who ran down the stairs to the living room. As they checked the door, they were unable to see anyone. Linda advised that she heard someone attempting to get in but did not have a description of the person. I advised the other responding officers to canvas the area and that there was no clothing description.
White was there but they advised him no. I then asked if he can describe the truck that Mr. White drives. Mr. Kim stated that it is white in color Dodge Ram 2015 and has a black grill on it. Mr. Kim state that he does not know the tag number. I then advised him that I will broadcast a countywide BOLO, so we can have officer looking for him or the vehicle. Mr. Kim stated that there is a spare key in the garage that we can use it to gain access of the residence to make sure he is not in his room. I advised him that my office policy states that we can not go inside without someone who has access come inside with us. I advised him that we will call him back if we find anything new. I also advised him if he make contact with Mr. White to let us know.
I Sr. officer Chad Stephenson responded with CLA Alyssa Fausneaucht to CVA dorm room 206 that is Fox's room. WE knocked three times without anyone answering we then announced who we were and keyed in the dorm. As we walked into the living area there was know there we again announced who we were and still got no response, we then walked over to to room 206 A that is Fox's room knocked no one answered so we walked in and no one was in the room. We walked over to 206 B his roommates room and knocked on his door but no one answered
Windham stated that around 0800 hours he received a call about his neighbors mailbox being knocked down. Windham stated the homeowner at the residence was out of town. Windham stated that the mailbox was not like this on 08/09/2017. Windham spoke with the resident at this address and informed them that a report would be done. Windham was given a card with my badge number and case number to give to the resident. Nothing further at this time.
On March 22nd Officer Easley responded to a domestic call at 5400 85th ave N Brooklyn Park , MN in Apt #121. Dispatch says the RP heard a male and female arguing at 2030 hours. I approached the apartment door and listened for about 5 seconds then I knocked on that the door, a white male(later identified as Sean Hyman) answered and opened the door. I then asked what was going on inside, he then told that nothing was going on and that him and his girlfriend were just chilling. After he made that statement I heard a female saying something like “ get him out of my apartment, arrest him” . After she yelled that I then proceeded to ask him if she was Ok he yea she's fine, but observed the way he was holding the door he didn't open it all the way
