The Importance of Free Enterprise.
Bill Gates is, like many other famous entrepreneurs, always known for his generous activities. He has donated very large amounts of his money to charity organizations. He is the principal founder of Microsoft Corporation. After building to build his company up, Microsoft expanded into software applications and continued to grow. He accomplished things in life by not only inventing new technology, but by taking existing technology, adapting it into a specific market economy, and then dominating it through promoting the product. He is able to be in the free enterprise system which is an economic system where the government places a few restrictions on businesses and business owners.

He made a very large impact on the world. His products were considered new and innovative. This made customers, at the time, think that it was risky to splurge on something that has never been seen before. In a free enterprise system, if the product that is being sold is one of the highest demands on the market, this means that the product will bring more wealth to the entrepreneur. This means that entrepreneurs can take advantage of this and make decisions without the government having to say much. Bill Gates created great software and thanks to him, anyone is able to access their computers, laptops, or smartphones easily. His hard work was paid off because he is one of the most successful businessmen of this generation. The government does not have to control or do anything to his company. The producer, Gates, can control his company however much he wants to. He has the freedom to produce at his own profit. He can increase or decrease the efficiency of the resources needed. “A court settlement was approved in 2002 with Microsoft consenting to curb some of its objectionable practices. Microsoft has since been the focus of antitrust actions from the European Commission and private litigants”
