The game stars Friskie, the aforementioned cat, but in addition to having an insatiable appetite for Curly Wings it would appear that Friskie is also a bit lazy. Even worse, Friskie doesn’t know the difference between good food and bad, so left to its own devices would eat trash and old socks. To prevent this from happening players must make sure that Friskie only chows down on edible things like chicken wings, onion rings, canned tuna, gold fish and, of course, Curly Wings.
Our activities for National FFA Week included dress up days, making teacher gift baskets, we had a bonfire/ chili cook-off social and we had a segment on our local news channel, WALB which reaches over 140,000 people! The dress up days included, hat day, FFA t-shirt day, Agricultural product day, Career day, and finally Blue and Gold day/ Silent Officer day. We also have tractors from all of our local dealerships and displayed them in front of the school. The gift baskets that we made for the teachers included a bag of peanuts and popcorn. Silent Officer Day was a day where all of the FFA officers wore a giant FFA emblem and had to be silent ALL day. We could only talk to our teachers, if we talked to another student they took our emblem and that night at the social they got to pie that officer in the face.

Frumherj is a car inspection company in Iceland. They are one of the largest in the country, but they want to continue to grow and to outpace their competitors. However, there are some inefficiencies in their process that must be addressed before they can meet their goals. One of their first problems is maintaining an even flow in their process environment. Due to the nature of the inspections and the cold weather in Iceland, they are much more busy in the summer that they are in the winter. This makes it difficult to keep the right amount of employees. There is little they can do to avoid this problem, but rather they should examine their historical data to determine how many employees they will need in order to meet expected

In “The F Word” written by Firoozeh Dumas an excerpt from her autobiography titled Funny in Farsi, she talks about her struggles living in America from having a very different name, to not understanding English very well. Dumas uses examples from her childhood and all throughout her life to explain why she feels Americans are ignorant to new and different things. The author would like her audience to be aware of other cultures, and their names and lifestyles. She feels Americans were not open to accept her culture and difference, and instead of embracing it, they made fun and insulted what they were unsure of. Based on the simplicity of words she uses, the mild tempered language she includes, and how relatable her
Educators must understand and respect the legal rights of students and their parents, which are protected by the U.S. Constitution/Fourteenth Amendment. The Individuals with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 protect students who have been identified with disabilities. According to both IDEA and Section 504, all special education students must be educated in the least restrictive environment. The two provisions also mandate that that all children with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education, which is referred to as FAPE. This essay will answer the question, "what is FAPE and why is it so important in the education of all children, especially students with disabilities?"

If you were to see Rocky for the first time and you were anything like most people, you would be overcome by a feeling of repugnancy and disgust. This is because he is a homeless person. His real name is Jack but people call him “Rocky” because of his 6’2” body and his somewhat larger than normal muscles. He doesn’t have the body of any average man. The combination of his light green eyes, his long brown beard, and his long mocha hair falling down from his winter hat, which he wears in every season, reminds me of a depiction of Jesus. But that’s just pure physical appearance. Most of the time, the hair around the rim of his mouth is covered by whatever food he just ate. Sometimes it’s white rice, sometimes it’s powder like that

Conventional marketing has appealed to consumers based on the idea that the pet food is enjoyed by the animal. Our product marketing will instead appeal to the parental instinct in pet owners, emphasizing health characteristics such as omega-3, senior pet health supplements, and calcium enrichment. Our preliminary research leads us to believe that consumers feel lost in determining which foods are safe, and which are potentially dangerous for their pets. Our campaign will attempt to create a memorable campaign to classify the relative health and safety qualities of a particular product in a simple way.
