I think this tool is a great for assisting in writing assignment or any type of writing. It scanned the assignment quickly and showed me all the errors that need to be corrected within a few seconds. Setting up an account and using it was quick and very simple. I did not encounter any problems. I used internet explorer to set up my account but had to use Chrome to sign in and to actually use the tool. The installation and functionality of the tool were a breeze, and I would most definitely use it in the future. …show more content…

What type of writing errors were most frequent (spelling? Grammar? Word usage?)?
After uploading my original writing assignment to Grammarly, I noticed a few grammar and word usage errors. According to this tool, I had 32 critical and advance issues in my original writing. The word intelligences (multiple intelligences) was counted several times as being misspelled. There were a few subject-verb agreement errors. After correcting the writing assignment and according to the tool, I still had 16 errors. The word intelligences accounted for 15 of the errors and the instructor name, Kargin, was the other error. I am sure the corrected assignment would be easier for someone else to read.
