There are many duties to being a gaming supervisor such as work at a gambling facilities, most typically casinos but also the lottery. While job duties vary by workplace, gaming supervisors are typically charged with ensuring that games are conducted fairly and according to the rules. Typical tasks include overseeing and managing employees, monitoring gaming facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and reviewing security information. So a career in gaming supervisor requires specific skills and training, offers common compensation and benefits, and has expected career path and opportunity for advancement.
So to be a good Gaming supervisor there are no specific education requirements to work in gaming supervision. Most employers will want to see a minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent; however, an associate's or bachelor's degree will be looked upon favorably. Helpful courses in a two year associate's or year bachelor's degree program include hospitality management, math, communications and management theory.
