This report seeks to understand the secrets of Garena in maintaining its unparalleled leadership in the gaming industry. Macro-environment * Political segment:
Singapore had been ruled by the PAP (People Action Party) for the past 52 years since it won the first electoral victory in 1959. (Ming, 2011) Therefore, there are not many changes that would occur in the government side.
