Giant cell tumor is an osteolytic, generally benign neoplasm, accounts for 5% of primary skeletal tumors[5]. According to SEER(National Cancer Institute’s Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results) database, the estimated annual incidence of GCT in the United States was 1.6 per 10,000,000 persons per year with a highest incident age of 20 to 45 years old[6,7].
