The nature of the products and services provided in the restaurant industry are based on customer satisfaction with the food and services that each location provides. Providing a selection of delicious and well-presented food made with quality ingredients that are simple and good tasting is exactly what the customer wants. Most customers go to restaurants to meet with others socially in a friendly environment. Making sure the restaurant is clean, attractive, and the décor is consistent with the food and restaurant’s image and making sure the waiting staff knows that it is ok to allow customers to linger adds to
The team of three students consisting of Robert Edwards, Hardy Anderson, and Larry D. Stephney visited Belle Napoli restaurant on November 15, 2012 as part of the MK 351 Principles of Marketing class, coordinated by our instructor DR. Blaugrund, Erin Baca. The purpose for our visit was to conduct detailed observation at a local restaurant to assist us in writing a seven to ten page summary of our findings.
I give this restaurant extremely high marks for producing a quality product.” Another bonus is that the restaurant is very popular, meaning the food is in high demand. Therefore the food that is already out doesn’t have time to get old and stale. But consumers don’t just want great tasting food in any amount; they want enough to fill them up until the time comes for their next meal.
Typically, consumers go out to eat not only for good food, but we also expect good services, fresh ingredients, proximity, and an atmosphere to match. My client is The Varsity Club Tavern in Morgantown, WV. Usually just referred to as The Varsity Club, but the tavern part gives a little hint to the overall feel of the restaurant. As you may know, taverns are places that sell beer and other beverages and some of the time food. The Varsity Club offers an extensive beer selection and
Nevertheless, the majority of customers are very satisfied with the amount of serving along with the quality of their meal as well as the price paid. The strategy of being a low priced high value added has seen problems due to lack of customers which is affecting the bottom line drastically. This inevitable circumstance has put a hold on operations and started an investigation upon various neighboring competitors and their own strategies.
For this service learning assignment I devoted my time and energy to working with Brooklyn Cemetery, the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, and Athens Technical College. I participated in MLK Day of Service, which was created with the intent to “celebrate and honor the birthday of the famed civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr” ("There's Still," n.d.). This day of service stood to serve many different aspects of the community and benefited a wide range of populations, mostly in the form of environmental cleanup. Much of my time was also spent volunteering with The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, whose mission is to “work toward ending hunger as part of an overall community effort to alleviate poverty” (Growing Seeds, 2016, p. 2). Restaurants and cuisines are seen all over the world today . We knew that we wanted to create something different from your average mexican restaurant by doing so this concluded in the idea of extending our business not only in the united states but around the world .
reasons why this restaurant is so successful is the fact that people who eat here enjoy the
At the First Friday at the CME, a few friends and I went to “Black History Month”. When we got there, I could see that everyone was getting along. Everyone had an equal chance at winning and playing games and could interact without problems. This shows we have come a good, long way from the oppression the African Americans had to face. Even though some Americans still struggle to find the equality in each race, the majority of Americans can appreciate each culture at its best.
This document by itself, represented the extent to which the MLK Day Symposium had evolved. This meticulous documentation of the planning and implementation processes set the stage for years to come. This report represents the careful attention, thoughtful planning, and genuine investment of the university community members. Jamal Young makes a statement about the importance of the symposium
Restaurant, speaking of restaurants, what will you think of? There are many restaurants in this world, and each of them has their own uniqueness. In our whole life, we will eat in many different restaurants. Every one of them has different prices; the price of each restaurant reflects the quality of the restaurant, which we can separate into three level. The restaurants that cost lower than ten dollars; the restaurant that cost between ten to forty dollars; and the restaurant that cost more than forty dollars.
The purpose of this summary is to show what was researched after completing and analyzing the results from the McDonalds Edwardsville, Il location. Most of the results showed satisfaction in our store. However, one of the five surveys taken showed a dissatisfaction in the location. This may seem alarming, being only that this individual showed dissatisfaction can mean they may not think highly of McDonald’s in the first place. Others relatively showed the same satisfaction towards the quality of service and entrées. Three out of the five individuals showed they would visit the location again. This may show they are regulars and they would still continue to come to this location, or they were completely satisfied to return again. For the two other dissatisfied customers will be an area of focus on improving this location. We will look into this as in cleanliness of the store, employee presence and helpfulness to customers. One individual who decided not to provide anymore information could have been a visiting customer who we can take into consideration. We may see regulars as not noticing the flaws in the location because they are constantly coming in and ignoring details. We also noticed cleanliness was all relatively the same through all individuals. Analyzing the results, cleanliness and customer satisfaction will be our main focus on improvements. Customers who would visit the location showed interest in returning to this location which can mean steady
You have asked for a unique approach to this project. We at Talking Quick Consultants are pleased you have chosen our firm and we are happy to provide the following feedback and observations from a “customer” perspective as requested. The restaurant also offers great service and has a variety of different kinds of food, which you can decide on. The guests are
For this Business Strategy Report, I have selected a restaurant chain named Nando’s. It was established in 1987 by two friends, Fernando Duarte and Robert Brozin (Nando’s.com, 2017). Although being a South African brand it has Portuguese influence and the restaurant chain depicts these designs. Nando’s specialty is flame-grilled chicken spiced with their unique selection of marinade sauces and spices ranging from mild to extra hot and for those individuals not into the hot stuff, there’s a lemon and herb option. It also has other selected food options to choose from in their attractive menu. Its niche market is working middle class male and female customers who enjoy spicy food and casual dining. It also caters for kids and families.
