The vegan diet is more a lifestyle choice and a philosophy than just a diet. The vegan life is the best way to live because it’s healthier, helps the environment, and is kinder to animals.

Non-vegan diets that contain food derived from animals can be harmful. Food derived from animals can be harmful because it can cause health issues.
