Going To Aquatica My family and I went to Flordia. Then we decided that we wanted to go to Aquatica. We went on a lot of water rides when we decided we wanted to go on the drop floor slide. … Now the story begins…! We were waiting in line. It took like 20 minutes just to get up half way. It took like 40 minutes to get up to the top. There were so many people waiting in line to get on the drop floor slide. We saw that there was 3 colors. Green, blue and orange. Green had the smallest drop to get on the slide. The blue was the medium one and the orange was the longest one to get on the curve of the slide. I was scared because I did not want to go on the slide any more but my mom said you are doing it. I told her I am going on the green one
The first day we got there we just hanged out at the hotel all day. It was 78 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny. It was 8AM in the morning when I saw the pool. Now at first I was very disappointed that it was shutdown because they needed to put chemicals in it. At 11 it finally opened up and I was WOWED. The Pool was amazing. It was sparkling Blue and the water was as clear as glass. That's why we stayed in it all day. The second day we went to Sea World. We hadn't been to Sea World yet until that day where we learned why it's one of the best Disney parks. We entered at the gate where we saw the ride of a lifetime The Manta. The Manta is a ride that makes you go backwards on almost the whole ride. It is the scariest ride I have ever seen. None of my family did that for just that reason. First we went to the Dolphin show which was really cool. It was so cool because the actors and actresses would jump into the water and the Dolphins would come out and do tricks on them like skiing on top of them, and making them wave to the crowd. Then we to another show which is called Shamu. Shamu is a show about Wales that do all these tricks like splash us. I forgot to tell you but Garrett, Chloe, and I were all sitting in the splash zone and we were watching the Wales do all these tricks when the Disney people told us to get ready and Garrett and I didn't have enough time to react and two seconds later all of a sudden we got tsunamified, so soaked that there wasn't a single dry spot on my shirt. After that Chloe started crying and I had to bring her up to mom and dad who were in the last row of the stadium. Chloe was not happy for that part of the trip at Sea World. After both those shows it started raining so we finished up are day at going in a virtual helicopter and seeing all the Penguins and the Arctic Animals which was pretty cool. As soon as we got in the pilot we cranked that baby up until the heat felt like Florida instead of Maine. Speaking of Maine
My dad told us we could, but to make sure not to get lost. We said ok and went over to Six Flags Park. Asia was trying to force me to get on this big, gigantic roller coaster called The Batman. I told her she must be out of her mind. She said I was if I did not get on. Reluctantly, I said ok, but told her she was going to be the one paying for my funeral if I don’t make it! She told me to stop doubting myself and grow up already. When I finally got on to the ride I was like, “Oh heck no! Let me off!” The ride man told me I would be fine as he locked the bar into place. As the ride started and we began clicking up that first huge hill, I was like “Oh my God I’m really goanna die!” Then, I was like, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!”, and, “AHHHHHH!” Then it was over I was like, “That was so awesome! We got to go again!” Asia said I told you so as we got back in line again. We went on to ride it a total of 7 times. After the 7th time we finally decided to do something different. We wanted to do the Mr. Freeze coaster, but there was a 60 min. wait. That was when we looked over and saw the Scooby Doo ride only had a 15 min. wait so we decided to ride it instead. The ride was a lot more fun than we thought it would be. We were all in these 4 passenger “Mystery Machines” that had lazertag guns and score counters. Asia and I competed to see who could get the highest score. Six Flags had a lot of other cool
We were walking and then we stopped at the ride called “Boomerang”. The ride was another roller coaster. I begged my dad not to go on the ride because he said let’s go on the ride. Unfortunately, I gave up begging him and he we went in line. The good thing is that the line wasn’t really long. After waiting for twenty minutes, we finally got on the ride. I looked around and was frighten. I knew the ride would first turn forward and then backwards. The ride started and I screamed. The ride wasn’t as bad as “Medusa” which is a good thing. After the ride was done, I was happy to get off the ride.I thought the ride was actually really fun and I loved it.
When my brother was two years old, we went to Sea World. It was very impressive! It was like an oven outside. It felt like 1 million degrees out there. When it was time to watch Shamu, me and my cousin Brantlee wanted to get wet. So we,went to the splash section of the stadium. We tried to get wet but we could not get wet at
Hi Micquaya. When I think of mental health itself, I do not automatically think of people that are suffering from a psychological issue. Mental health to me is just your psychological status. Mental illness causes me to think a psychological issue. The two are not the same in my eyes. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Physical health is just the status but if I were to say a physical disability it is completely different. The ways to promote good mental health are numerous. Taking care of your body is definitely a good way. Many times our mental status is directly related to our physical health. I know for me, it is hard to think clear when I do not get enough sleep.
It was the day after my sister's Quinceanera, and all my family was here. They were leaving back to their homes Monday morning, so keep in mind it is Sunday. All of our parents were talking outside and saw that us kids didn’t really have anything to do, so they decide to take us to a river that was 5 minutes away from my aunt's ranch. We packed up all our food and stuff and went right away.
I remember being 9 years old and going to waterworld one summer with the entire family. Waterworld is a water park mixed with a combination of rides located up in Denver. I would have to say that would be my earliest memory that I actually enjoyed, before everyone separated and went there own way. My favorite ride would have to have been “ The Storm” , Waterworld is nothing compared to six flags.
When i went Destin, Florida. I went to Florida this summer after school was out . We went with my sisters best friend, and my best friend’s family. We drove from Arkansas all the way to Destin, Florida. The day we got there we went straight to the beach! It was the first time I had ever seen the ocean! The following day we decided to go down to the smoothie shack and get a smoothie then swim in the pool. The grown ups went to the beach while we were at the pool.
Once we got to San Antonio we got lost for about 15 minutes because of a road contruction. It was fun with my girls we were singing, talking about there school and we saw diffrent park attractions and all kinds of other places. Finally at around 11:30 a.m we got to Harlingen, Texas at my sisters house safe and sound. But that didn't stop us , once we got there we just picked up my sister and my nephew and we headed to the beach of South Padre Island. We were almost there because you can start to smell the fresh salt water and see the big 2 mile stretch of the bridge. Once we arrived we parked right by the water on the sand. My girls just got off my car and started running towards the waves of water. Me and my sister watched while my nephew and my girls were splashing in the water. We really enjoyed that day. We had a barbeque and played volley ball, relaxed on top of a float in the
About five years ago I went to Florida. I just went there for vacation. I got to go to SeaWorld and Disneyland. I had so much fun. I also got to go to the SeaWorld Water Park. I got to go on water slides, lazy rivers, and so many other fun things. When I went to Disneyland I rode a couple of different rides and had a lot of fun. I went to California for my Aunt Krista’s wedding. Went to the city of Carmel and stayed in a manner named The Villa Carmel. That was two years ago. I also got to go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I saw huge fish and sharks. It was really cool. Next I will tell you about my

June 2015 I went to my favorite place in the whole world, Cedar Point. Cedar Point smells like happiness and cotton candy. Cedar Point is located in Sandusky, Ohio and is one of the top amusement parks in the United States. I have been 5 times, but my favorite trip was with my family and best friend Allie. We went to stay for a week like we always do. This time Allie and I would get to walk around the amusement park all by ourselves, that made us feel like such adults. I rode lots of roller coasters and went down many water slides. My favorite ride is Millenniun-Force. It is such a forceful ride I swear every time I ride it I lose my vision. We only rode that ride one time because after it finished Allie about thought she died. This was
We started our long journey to Gurnee, Illinois where Six Flags Great America is located. Melissa, Anna and I were playing in the car while my mom was paying attention to the road. It was still early in the morning, so I took a nap and I woke up 45 minutes later. We all stopped at McDonald's on the way, because we did not have any breakfast yet.
Rollercoasters. We got to space Mountain and we must have rode it 10 times because I was having so much fun that we kept going back again and again. Then we went to splash mountain which is a water version of space mountain, i got soaked along with my dad, he had to sit up front where he got soaked the most. My dad and I decided we needed to get some food so we went to this one
On our first day in Florida, we went to the pool. We had a blast at the pool. We were there for about 14 hours. All of us kids played on a zip line that
