Introduction
Silicon Valley is known for being the focal point of cutting edge advancement and improvement. It is the home to various technology organizations and a continually developing populace of new businesses. Google is one of the cutting edge developments that started in Silicon Valley by Stanford University students Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Google was launched on September 4, 1998 as a privately held company. The company pioneered the new generation of search engines that determined a website 's relevance by the number of pages, and the importance of those pages, which is different from the conventional search engines that ranked results.

The organizational culture setting gives those employees the opportunity to not hesitate when it comes to sharing their thoughts and opinion.The general vibe at Google is warm on the grounds that the organizational culture maintains a small-company-family feel, where individuals can easily talk and impart thoughts to each other, including CEO Larry Page. In this manner, Google 's organizational culture supports excellence in innovation through sharing of ideas and capability to rapidly respond to the market.
