An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a tax professional authorized by the U.S. Government to represent taxpayers in matters concerning the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). EAs must pass an examination demonstrating ability or have sufficient experience as an IRS employee, as well as passing a background check, before receiving the designation. Enrolled agents first appeared in 1884 because of issues arising with Civil War loss claims.
I am planning to take FINA 493 in the fall and would like to set up a time to talk about potentially being granted permission to take this course.

The commissioner is responsible for establishing all required offices within the Internal Revenue Service necessary to enforce these rules. This includes the Office of Professional Responsibility, an office responsible for disciplinary actions, as well as an administrative office to handle applications in addition to continuing education and competency testing. In order for an attorney to practice, they must not currently be under suspension or disbarment and file a written declaration with the IRS saying they are qualified to represent the party/parties. Similarly, Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) must also be free from suspension or disbarment and submit a written declaration saying they are qualified to represent the parties. Enrolled agents must just simply be free of suspension and disbarment, but are not required to submit any declaration. Practicing as an enrolled actuary is subject to the same rules as attorneys and CPAs, but is limited to representing issues within title 26 of the United States code (mostly related to employer contribution funds and taxing on those plans). Likewise, Enrolled Retirement Plan Agents are also subject to the same rules as attorneys and CPAs, but are limited to issues related to employee retirement plans and the taxing related to them. A Registered Tax Preparer also follows the same rules, but is limited to preparing tax returns and other documentation to be sent to the IRS. Tax preparers are restricted from giving tax

I read what I want and if I don't see bad people there must not be any. Seriously? I guess I only voted for Hillary because she was a woman too? Um, well, Larry. I didn't say you call them all rapists but you pretty much did. With all due respect, you stating you see bad people every day is equivalent to a Krispy Kreme worker saying they see donuts. You work in a prison not really the cream of the crop. I actually live in one of the top two cities with the most illegal immigrants, so tell me again what I see. As of 2015, Asians outpaced Mexicans in undocumented immigrants. So next time you picked your favorite Chinese take out, check their papers. Illegal is illegal,

With more than 15 years experience in higher education at the university, state, and national level, I can genuinely say I enjoy my work. For many prospective students, the college admissions process is an arduous and daunting task. As a higher education administrator, college admissions and enrollment management allows me to improve the college search experience, provide avenues of opportunity, and assist students with what is potentially the first and most important adult decision they will make.
ACT, GPA, SAT, and writing ability are some major factors that Simpson college’s admissions use when determining if a student will be accepted or not. Like most other school students must meet certain recommendations in these areas to even get accepted. I think that a student’s ability to write should be the cornerstone of college admissions it allows the student to state their goals and values, can help be the deciding factor in the admission process, and it can be an opportunity for the students to display information they have learned over the years.
In 2014, there were around half a million NCAA student athletes. Of these half a million students, right around 65% received some sort of scholarship to their university. The recruiting process is one that is vicious and very unfair in many different aspects. Recruits are given a time frame in which they must make their decision, leaving them often times making premature decisions which can very negatively effect their future. This is exactly what college coaches want. In the lucrative business of college recruiting, heavily sought after athletes are subject to several recruiting tactics by coaches who wish to better their university 's future. These tactics can include pressuring a child into making a decision prematurely, trying to get other recruits to convince the child to commit, and even threatening the child in some rare cases. Consequently, the students are caused to make rash decisions regarding their very own future. This results in students ending up somewhere they may not want to be for four of the most important years of their life. This may also result in students missing out on thousands of dollars in scholarships to other schools that were not using these recruiting tactics. Ultimately, the competitive recruiting practices are more important than the outcomes, because without these practices, the consequence would never happen. Thus, the effect is only forced by a cause, so if a cause is non-existent, the effect will never occur.
People who strive to become licensed, Certified Public Accountants, benefit greatly from the title. This is a person who is approved by the state and to finance financial information in the public companies to give accurate results. These individuals are also qualified to start their own auditing/CPA firm. (Felix 2010, 56). This is why most people advice to make sure that they have taken the CPA Exam, in order to get the best out of their career. Being a Certified Public Accountant is an extra way to make more money and have better job availability. Many people who have licenses and certifications are able to have the best things available in their career paths.
When making the decision to attend college, most young scholars have the overall goal of obtaining a well-paid job. Some students go to college with the mindset of starting a lifelong career in an inspiring and self-fulfilling environment. On the other hand, there are a great number of students who go to college without a formal plan of action. These students usually remain in college for far more than four years and often times, do not finish college at all. If they do complete their curriculum, they change their majors numerous times or journey on a career path that is incoherent with their life’s purpose. Said students lack the proper guidance necessary to make life decisions as great as the career path they are expected to follow for forty years succeeding graduation. In order to produce the world leaders of tomorrow, it is very important for college freshman to take a course in personal development to aid in proper career placement.
Students in East Asia face many issues regarding college entrance exams. They spend many years preparing for them, and deal with a lot of pressure from parents and society to pass these exams and become successful. This exam decides what type of future these students will have. Many students usually pass, but the one who do not have a lot of work to do. Some prepare to take it again but the chances are very low, and they need to have a backup plan to satisfy their families, society, and, of course, themselves. Preparing for these exams can cause students to cheat, become depressed, and even commit suicide. These entrance exams can be a good idea to use in the Dominican Republic, however, the Dominican government has to prepare this
